Being a popular piligrimage place, Kukke Subramanya is teeming with piligrims throughout the year and the Tourist turnover ratio is high.
This naturally reflects on the Room Maintainence and hence in almost all Pilgrimage Places, finding a Good Clean Room is a task in itself.
Thankfully, VYASAMANDIRA is a brand new hotel (it opened in 2014) and most importantly has been maintained extremely well.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the service is top class.
The rooms are spacious and parking facility too is excellent.
The icing on the cake is its location.
Its located bang next door to the Temple!


It also has a good  South/North Indian fully AC Restaurant.

COMMENT :
Okayish hotel. One of the better hotel in the area. The Management is ready to 'negotiate' the rates, and this can cut both ways, the wrong way in a peak season.
While the exterior looks impressive, the interior leaves you feel somewhat disappointed. Consider this hotel only if you have exhausted options.
the service standard is okay.
The restaurant, however, is good and you can give it a try.

The best staying option in this Temple town. Rooms are clean, spacious, maintained very well and the temple is within Walking distance. Even Sachin Tendulkar, the famous cricketer had stayed here.

COMMENT :
Cleanliness is not uniform in all rooms, so you are advised to check some rooms before choosing one. The staff is helpful but only if you offer good tips. The Reception tries to be smart and offers only the Higher Priced rooms saying that lower priced rooms are not available, even if they are.
The location is excellent. The views from the Deluxe Rooms with Front Sit out is pleasing to the eye. But the street noise may sometimes get you on your nerves.
The Restaurant has great Andhra food but gets too crowded at Lunch times.
The Worst experience in the Hotel is that in the Bathroom, you can CLEARLY HEAR what the guest in the next room is doing in his Bathroom!!!Disgusting.
Otherwise, overall the Hotel is okay though for this price, you could find a better alternative. After all there is no dearth of Good Hotels in Mysore!!

A good Hotel for families who care more about saving money than about cleanliness. The hotel has been maintained well but you have to keep reminding the staff about changing the lenin, etc. The restaurant serves delicious food at affordable rates and is very popular. Do check some rooms before confirming. The Hotel's Car Rental service is really good.
Another good thing about the hotel is its excellent location. Walking distance from the Bus stand and about 2km from Railway Staion
